Same here!! I reccomend you get some pure Bergamot, Lavender and Ylang Ylang oilz- used in compress, vapouriser AND massage oil for a body rub after a bath or shower- it'z beautiful for calming period pain. I did it yesterday- it'z just heaven That and a good two Naprogesics and a nice hot cup of tea too!

Now I can also add a reply to this thread: AAaaaaahhhhhggggg! Ooooohhh! I hate this!! Sometimes it doesn't matter what I do, the pain just doesn't stop and I can't do anything propper the whole day, and sometimes (on very very rare occasions) I almost don't have any pain at all.

I wish men and women could share this! The men could have the period, so they can feel what pain really is, and we women the babies! Someone should do some research on this...
