I am running the London Marathon 2morrow. 2day I got the runs.

Don't forget your nipple guards!
I accompanied a marathon runner once, and had no idea about male nipple chafing. When those guys started crossing the finish line with shirts DRENCHED IN BLOOD, I almost fainted!!   Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

Depends on what kind of shirt you wear but I basically just use a cream/wax they call bodyglide and it's all good. Bandaids work as well. [Edited 4/22/06 13:18pm] | |
