It's not odd, it's fucking awesome. A similar idea has been around for years on the internet, and for years before home computers were around. There's what's known as slash fan fiction. The definition from Wikipedia puts it as; "a type of fan fiction in which one or more media characters are involved in a homosexual relationship as a primary plot element.....The name arises from the use of the slash character used in the description of the primary pairing involved in the story." It's mostly written about male/male pairings, (though sometimes a lesbian pairing is written, called femmeslash) as wished by the mostly female fans of the tv show, movie, book, band, etc. The original slash fics are thought to be about Spock/Kirk from the original Star Trek series, so clearly this has been around a while. But nowadays, you name it, and someone's slashed it. It's a beautiful thing. http://en.wikipedia.org/w...sh_fiction [Edited 4/25/06 22:13pm] "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"

Something a little off about it. But they do things differently over there. [Edited 4/28/06 6:01am]
