'Swept Away' On Channel Five Now...

You know, I'm half-watching the Madonna movie 'Swept Away' on TV and it doesn't seem that bad. I mean it's only been on for five minutes but Madonna is actually quite good up to now. She's not doing that nervous blinking thing she usually does.

The editing and direction isn't bad.

The acting and some of the plot is horrible.
Madonna is the weakest link in the entire movie and she's the main character.

i think Madonna was fine in this, playing an uptight, spoiled rich woman. not nearly as bad as the beating that she took for it.

i'm glad that she's choosing to stay away from movies though.
let me come over it's a beautiful day to play with you in the dark

I, personally, think this movie got an unfairly bad rap. Madonna was decent, and seemed very at home, in the role. Whatever flaws the movie had, she wasn't an issue, imo.
