i've had this headache all day and now i've taken two headache pills and it's still there. i can't even focus on anything...all i can do is read Time's global warming issue...and that alone is making it worse.


it's pissing me off big time! what should i do?

I don't like it when they put vanilla in my caffine

i woke really late this morning and i kinda tookj a nap around 5 for a couple of hours.

i had a cup of coffee when i got up. i think it may have been the coffee or the way i slept last night.

But being on here is not going to help!

No more coffee, more painkillers and to bed with you Only way to get rid of it if its that bad...

at what point do u actually decide u need painkillers?

drink lots of water. i read somewhere 70% of all headaches are from dehydration because few people drink enough water... and no more caffiene till it's gone, as it dehydrates you even more

I don't know cuase I rarely ever get headaches and a single asprin normally makes everything o.k.

Yep, go to bed. Yesterday lunch time I started drinking beer and by 5pm I had the worst headache. I just went to sleep, though I woke up around 9pm with all the windows open and mosquitos everywhere.
