biggrin It's like salt but better... nod

There are other flavors added to it to enhance the flavors of food that regular salt will just make taste salty...There is a bit of sugar in there, yes, but it also has paprika, and turmeric, onion, and garlic...it adds more flavor. Worcestershire sauce is a great little secret flavor enhancer as well...with anchovies, cloves, juniper berries, and good stuff. smile

It changes, and sometimes I will buy all the things to make either lasagne, chilli con carne or a curry, but most of the time:

orange juice
milk
sparkling water
potatoes
cheese
bread
lettuce
tomatoes
chocolate biscuits
wine
tinned tuna
baked beans
tinned sweetcorn
spring onions
eggs

My God is that really what I live on?! eek

nod

shrug

I don't buy veggies to keep in the fridge because we always forget to use them in time. I get them when I eat at local restaurants in khao pad and stuff like that, and my mother in-law buys all the veggies for food she makes for all of us.
