The official "What size were you when you were born?" Thread!

Me:

7 lbs 7 oz, 20 inches long (I could make a joke about how my penis is now that size, but for the sake of the kids, I won't).

At that size they are at as much risk as low-birthweight ones sad

You might call newborn Ademilton a "big boy."

On Tuesday, January 18th, 2005, Francisca Ramos dos Santos, 38, gave birth to her son in Salvador. Ademilton weighed 16.7 pounds (7.57 kilograms) -- the size of typically two healthy babies.

Ademilton was the largest baby born at the Albert Sabin Maternity Hospital in its 12-year history, the hospital said. He is also the biggest baby born in Brazil.

Ademilton "could truly be considered a giant baby, for he was born weighing what a six-month-old-baby normally weighs," pediatrician Luiz Sena Azul told the Correio da Bahia newspaper.

While both have diabetes, probably the cause of his large size, "mother and baby are doing just fine."

"Obviously the baby was born by Caesarean section," hospital director Rita Leal said.

4 pound 6 ounces- I was a pre-mature, obviously. My mom was sick and so was I for a long time. I guess why she stopped with me.
I do not know how long I was though- she does not remember.

neutral it's because i heard it over and over again when i was younger. i don't know why, but my mom enjoyed telling everyone how big we were when we were born. neutral

i also had memorized at an early age "they're one month shy of being two years apart" in reference to how far apart in age my sister and i are. seriously, if i had a nickel for everytime i heard that phrase, i'd be rollin' in the dough!!

Less than a pound. sad

I stayed in the hospital 2 weeks after my mom was released.
Strange enough, I've never had any health problems and I'm not small at all now. confused
In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.
