let me tell you, you don't have to be a woman to enjoy the company of a nice big, fat cucumber. why, once i took one in my hands and pushed it right into my food processor and made a yummy cold summer cucumber soup. great with light rye bread! | |

are you sure?? the long skinny ones wrapped in plastic with the thin skin it's the kind often in salads in restaurants... can i have your salad recipe?? i like cucumber slices in vinegar and sugar water... i swear i can eat the whole damn bowl like that 10 oz Mostaccioli pasta 1 C. white vinegar 1 1/2 C. sugar 1 onion chopped (i usually use about half an onion, just do however much you like) 1 or 2 cucumbers 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper cook the pasta. dissolve the sugar in the vinegar, then toss it all together. it's DELICIOUS!! | |
