For you Jersey

Delerium is supposed to be Tori Amos I've heard.

I've only read Neil's 'Death' books to be honest. boxed

I currently have '1602' in my must read pile.

That is widely reported, but not exactly true. Delirium existed quite a while before Neil met Tori. Neil found Tori to be very Delirium like, and started incorporating bits of Tori into the character. Her appearance started to become more Tori-like after a while as well. Still, the character was around before Tori and Neil met.

There is a tree in Stardust that is completely based on Tori

This particular piece, by Frank Quitely, has always kinda disturbed me. His rendition of Desire looks like Michael Jackson!!!

I really enjoyed "Coraline," but that's all I know of his work. My brothers, both of whom are HUGE graphic novel fans, LOVE Mr. Gaiman.

By the way, Henry Selick (the director of Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas and James And The Giant Peach) is currently doing a stop-motion adaptation of Coraline, due out in 2007!!!

Not really into any comics from a reading point of view, but his artwork is outstanding. The only writing of his I've read completely is Good Omens - funny as hell, but hardly hardcore Neil Gaiman fan material.

He doesn't do the artwork on his comics. He's the writer.

Oops...thanks for that. boxed

And any fan should go to his website and browse. So many goodies, esp his answering his readers questions.

The new Morrissey is good, but not great. "You Are the Quarry" was much better.
