Never been on a diet... I've had a little belly for all my life but I don't care. I've been very energetic and stressed all my life. I guess in my case thar keeps me thin. During my most cosy relationship ever my weight was the highest.

Ya know I've been wanting to try those. Let me know how it works for you.

I got on the scale today and was pleasantly surprised to see that I now weigh 127lbs!!! See, falling in love and getting your heart stomped on is good for something!!!

my dad is always going on about these green tea extract capsules he takes for their anti-oxidant properties.
on our holidays I got a really sunburned face fishing, and he did this experiment on me, he emptied a capsule and mixed it with some olive oil and caked it onto my nose and cheeks. He couldn't get the mixture smooth, so there were lumps in it.
After an hour I washed it off and where my face had been red as tomato before, it was only pink and where the lumpy bits were, my skin was back to normal colour
I don't know about diet, but it sure reduced sunburn!

If you arent reducing body weight through regular exercise & caloric reduction you arent losing weight safely. These types of supplements are gimmicks. These types of ergogenic aids are not proven by anyone to be safe or effective. They are probably kicked up caffiene pills with some gaurana or even worse, ephedra in them. Leave them alone. Thats my advice. Drink freshly brewed green tea instead.
