but, i wanted to tell you about the BEST cookies i just made


easy, easy, EASY.... and taste so goooood


take a roll of premade sugar cookie dough... crush it up in a bowl... add a cup of coconut... mix well... shape into 1 inch balls...put 2 inches apart on nongreased cookie sheet... put thumbprint in each cookie.... fill with lemon curd.... bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minutes.... drizzle each with white chocolate after cooled

thats it, and they are SOOOOO good - especially 'springy' tasting !
