I had matchbox cars living in my dollhouse and I carried around a big plastic ferrari instead of a doll. My grandma gave me horse riding Barbie in 1976 and I was hooked. My sister and I had TONS of them (most salvaged from hard rubbish day - the girl next door grew out of them)

i was never big into the concept of gi joe, i was just very much in love with the intricate details of those toys.

as an adult, i detest them and war toys in general

comfort I would've let you come and play at our house. you could've helped me make Barbie's record store complete with mini Prince records made of cardboard and freezer bag corners! giggle

wanna hear something silly?

i was a big comics geek growing up, and used to make figures out of my favorite superheros by drawing them on paper, coloring them with clored pencils, gluing them to cardboard (the thin tissue box kind) and playing with those.

the records reminded me of those...

I just had a look for them, I could've sworn I still did have them confuse It would be like me to just throw them out after they've been sitting in a box for 20 years sad thinking why would I ever want anyone to see these.
