ok... so i moved, right ?



my new house is GREAT .... love it !!!




HOWEVER !!!!!



since we have been here, which has been like ... what ? a week and a day now ? the freakin hot water tank has gone out 4 times !!! this means that out of 8 days, 4 of them we have had no hot water

when i call the landlord, he is very quick about getting someone out here, but, that doesnt help me when its first thing in the morning, or late at night and i want to take a shower, now does it ?????


sorry, im a lil cranky, just got out of a cold shower

You probably had to cope and adjust consider the time of year. Can you describe the process of you showering, nice and slowly, in great detail? thanks.

you guys have me laughing my ass off over here

that happened to me while hubby was gone, the lower heating element in the water heater was covered in silt so I drained it( you should have seen the sand yuck) and then let it refill. it worked as a temp fix, when he got back hubby replaced the element, they have a kit for sale at home depot or lowes.

i just needed to say that.

Ask your landlord (or whoever is sent) where the reset button is so you can hit it yourself...it does sound like it's on it's last legs if it keeps going out though

Oh, that drives me nuts!! That happened to me as I was filling the tub with water for a bath one night. I was tired and sore and sleepy. So, I put my whole foot in and you shoulda heard me! I was pissed! A whole tub of cold water.

You prolly need a new water heater. Congrats on the new house! I kinda remember your issues with your old neighbors.
