Simmons is annoying, but he was Howard Stern's best guest. I'll never forget the time Richard brought some of his former fatties to Howie's studio. Stern tied whole chickens and bags of potato chips to fishing poles and dangled them in front of Simmons' friends. The look on Richard's face was priceless.
