Ex-Moderator | I am a big lover of the big fancy breakfast, but alas, it's not something I eat often, or really ever anymore.
These days breakfast consists of a protein bar and lowfat yogurt about an hour after that. |

Breakfast is important people.
What I eat varies. I'll eat wheat toast with either butter, jelly or peanut butter. sometimes, I eat fruit or cereal like Frosted Mini-Wheats. And sometimes, I'll be bad and eat a muffin, cake, cookies, etc. On the weekends, I'll actually cook breakfast like eggs, bacon and seafood sausage.

Muesli with dried fruit, yoghurt or soy milk and a kiwi.

At seven in the morning I can't eat that much, but I have to eat something, otherwise I get all feeble. Usually I eat one slice of bread (not white, never !!) with some kind of cheese, a kiwi or tangerine and a cup of coffee.
When I don't have to hurry though, breakfast is one of my favourite moments of the day. I like all kinds of bread with lots of cheese and 'preparé', eggs, fruit and yoghurt. Sometimes I have muesli too, but not often.

I can eat at any time of the day If I don't eat in the morning, I'd probably faint on my way to the train station.

I can eat at any time of the day If I don't eat in the morning, I'd probably faint on my way to the train station. I get the impression women need their breakfast more than men do. When I am on a holiday with Francisco breakfast is just not a issue for him, he can have a long walk of hours without eating, I get all sick when I do that. We already had a few arguments about it, in which he called me spoiled. I just need breakfast, within the first hour I get up, or the day has started badly. He told me he had the same discussions with both his exes, and I remember having similar arguments with ex-boyfriends.

during the week, coffee and a bowl of instant oatmeal (2 packets please, i'm a growing boy). weekends, i tend to get fancier - i'll either go out for brekkies or i'll do omelettes or pancakes. i love breakfast food. it's my favorite meal of the day.

I'm sure it costs more too. At Taco Bell, you get what you pay for and you pay for what you get.
