This one is SWEET (slider makes SO much sense when you only have one hand free!) but it's way too expensive @ $299:

Am I cheap? How often do you upgrade your cell phone?

never. all i want is something small and cheap that comes in handy for phone calls when i need it. if i want a camera, i'll get a camera. if i want to check my e-mail, i have a laptop for that. i have a pay-as-you-go hobo phone that i bought for $40 and i've never needed anything more for the past couple of years.

Pretty much ONLY when my plan expires.... I friggin' hate the phone I have now....gonna have to endure it for another 7 months

I initially upgraded my phone at Sprint back in June, but the model they sold me had actually been out for several years, and they discontinued it like a week after I bought it.

So I had to drop anothere $320 for this one, but I love it so far. I hated walking around with a big lump in my pocket from the other cell phones I had, this one slides right into my shirt pocket and you cant even see it.

The screen is really big and sharp too. It's basically a ripoff of the Razr, but it has a few more features tossed in (you can use it as a wireless modem, for example...)

No, you can do it whenever BUT to get a better deal than the retail price of the phone they'll take more $ off if you resign for a year or more. Basically it's like starting your plan over to get that discount.

I usually upgrade mine when my contract is over because you get a free new one when you renew. I don't need anything fancy, I just like something small and with a tip calculator!!! I could care less about games and going online with them and all that.

I want a white phone and might get this one soon.



I also love this red one, but its only available on Vodaphone and i'm not with them and it's expensive, so I'm sticking with the white one.

this is the phone i have. i'm not big on flip phones but i liked this one and i got it for free with my contract. i really cant afford to upgrade but a phone like that red one llee llee showed can make me afford it

Only when I renew my contract. There's too expensive otherwise. I was strictly Nokia for the last four years and now I have an LG VX6100. If they're still making Razrs when my plan expires next year, I'm getting a black one.
