Gentleman's Agreement

I guess i`m old fashioned when it comes to movies, i think the best movies ever were made in the 40s, 50s and 60s.
One of the finest classics has to be Gentleman`s agreement, with one of my favorite actors, Gregory Peck.
Who else loves this movie?

good movie, even though Kazan had issues with being jewish, though it seems light now, it was a bold move back then. I also love it because it features Sutton Place one of my favorite neighborhoos in Manhattan.

Yes, i can imagine the reactions back then. That`s why i like Gregory Peck, he didn`t just act in silly screwball comedies, and depended on his looks, he was not afraid to star in movies he probably knew many would disapprove of.

Reincarnate

My friend's old Italian mum can't ever remember how to pronounce his name. It's become a source of amusement to try to get her to say it. She pronounces it "Pickory Greg" biggrin
