I hate number puzzles. Word puzzles I love

my mother has really gotten into it and i gave my stepbrother the original su doku book for christmas and he was all happy and excited about it. i think it was the best gift i've ever given him.

i've been looking into it because it looks fun even though the numbers scare me a little. at first i thought that you had to know all kinds of math but it turns out that all you need to do is recognize numbers. you don't even have to know how to count. sounds like it's right up my alley.
