Santa Barbara,Calif. Officials are vehemently denying Oprah Winfrey has been charged with the hit and run death of Carter Hall. The body of Hall, who went by the superhero name Hawkman, washed ashore on Tuesday and was discovered by two tourists along a beach in Souther California. Unconfirmed reports placed Hall's DNA on the windshield of Miss Winfrey's private jet. No charges have been filed as of Wednesday.
