Birth is a piece of cake,,,its the labour that kills you~ eek

I was in labour 18 hrs (induced) MORE painful if induced,,yes its true)
After 8 hrs I begged for an epidural..all that did was numb my LEGS! i felt every contraction..they were 30 seconds apart for hrs,,,& hrs,,, censored

Since legs were numb I had no "urge" to push~ finally wheeled me to the OR, dr yanked out my boy using forceps..but not before cutting my hoohoo a good 3 inchs bawl
Ahhhh,,,the miracle of birth~~ cloud9
(2 yrs later I got my tubes tied)

The End~~~

Big belly, huge leaky boobs, stretch marks, sore back, bladder weakness, disgusting food cravings, vomiting and nausea, compulsive shopping for baby stuff, rushing to get the nursery ready in time, booking an ob/gyn, going to classes and learning all about forceps/ventouse/caesarians/natural deliveries, epidurals, spinal blocks, gas and air, TENS (don't bother with that, it does not work!), 24 hour labour! episiotomies vs tearing naturally, perineal massage, transition period etc.

Now anyway, feel free to discuss anything you like right here safe in the knowledge that certain someone will not be bothering us here! woot!

A good moisturising routine can eliminate any chance of the old stretch marks!

Do you expect women to give up their seat for you? Hmmm.

I have never given my seat up for a woman. Why should I? I would give my seat up for a handicapped person or someone who was really old but that's about it. They can't help that they are that way. Pregnant women chose to be pregnant. Don't interfere in my life because you wanted to be a mommy.

Whenever i am on the bus and it's crowded and i am sitting you can tell the women and girls are annoyed that me and any other guy is not giving up their seat. They give that loud sigh or other crap like that. They think they are so special that a guy should get up off their ass for them. What ego's. disbelief disbelief

My wife gave birth to our daughter without any meds. The nurses said the meds would slow down the delivery. All in all we were in the hospital for three hours before she was born. Our first child took seven hours and she had two shots for pain.

My wife had a gall bladder attack during her first pregnancy and two weeks after the birth. She said the gall bladder attack is more painful than child birth.
