Sunday... sunday... Do you like it? Is it diffrent to you then other days of the week? How so?
I always loved sundays. The world it would seem was more at peace. I am sure this is because everyone trys to take it easy. News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so. You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.

oh, and doing laundry, cleaning the house, washing dishes, vacuuming . . . come to think of it, sunday isn't sounding very good to me anymore.

I love sundays, most of the time I really do. But I don't like that the shops are closed on that day, because I often forget to buy food on Saturday.
This weekend has been hell though. I've worked twenty hours trying to make one exam for my seventy students, and it's still not finished yet. The worst thing is the woman I'm replacing will be back on wednesday, so I won't be there on the exam itself. I will only be taking the oral exams from the 11th graders. Still, december will be a hell of a month, doing most of the things this bitch should do. And I'll only receive 700 euros instead of 1500. You hear it, today has been Frustration Sunday.

It's a slightly more laid-back pace... ...I always loved relaxing on the couch and reading the Sunday paper in the morning, taking my time.

I have my life set up so that I am bored once a week too. I am bored between sunday morning and late into saturday night. News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.

Sundays, for me, were a drag because they were always so regimental (church, Sunday School, work - I used to do a 10 hour shift).
Even when I went to Uni, and left that all behind, I still used to get a feeling of dread as soon as I thought of 'Sunday'. Now, Sundays are: ~ roast dinners hubba hubba ~ reading the papers ~ chilling out ~ seeing friends ~ NOT being in work Oh, and sometimes a day of recovery. What's to hate?

lemme see, church, so that involves preparing on Saturday, as with the rest of the week, then if I am lucky, which I usually am, I get a good nap in the afternoon. And prep for work starts again in the evening.

WTF ? should be less work when your partner is home to help out ... he does help. The problem is I can't shake this ingrained idea that weekends are for relaxing A typical Sunday: I do something while he minds the kids or he does something while I mind them. Or we attempt the impossible with all of us doing something together. The kids are extra hyper because daddy is home and that makes me edgy because I think somewhere in there I wouldn't mind having a conversation with him. All four of them demand my attention and it exhausts me. I think this minght become better once they are all school age (I hope).

It is Sunday again. How was your week?
I slept until 1pm today. I feel great. I have to go out food shopping today, and I am sure with the season shoppers this is going to be an event I would have rather stayed home for. Oh well... what must be done needs get done. News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
