This is a bandwagon I need to jump on myself. A quit a few weeks ago, it lasted for about 2 weeks. As I expected, I fumed it up in San Fran over turkey day, and again this past weekend. It is a fucking bitch to quit. But once you make it through the first few weeks, it gets easier. Just keep thinking about having to talk through your throat, sounding like Daft Punk and shit.  |

I recently saw an ABC news report that said cold turkey is NOT the way to go -- it has a 3-5% success rate. They said gum, patch or other tools and highly effective.
