I saw an art exhibit by some dude, but he did a huge piece about what he regained when he quit smoking and one of the things was a huge increase in his ability to smell. You might think you're Wolverine for a couple days, which will be awesome!

Congrats, Ace! I didn't take you for a smoker, though. Stay focused on the goal - and you know your cardio capacity will be greatly increased.
