I swear too much. And I can't even make excuses: I know I could stop if I just quit being lazy. Without even thinking, I absolutely don't swear around certain people -- my mother, in any church, around most elder types, etc. So why not stop altogether?

I'm training myself to watch my tongue when I'm around my daughter especially. I think it's horribly disrespectful to her when I swear, and I've started paying her for every bad word I say.
