I carry a rose quartz rock in my bra....EVERY DAY
Which seems wierd or strange to some people....but ever since I got it, I feel it has helped me relieve lots of stress. So i carry it next to my heart, like instructed.

Do you have a weird daily ritual? Do you have a daily pattern that you must follow or your whole day is shot?

On weekdays, yes. On weekends, not really.

I freak out if I forget to put my rings on when I leave the house, just about any time.

I have a very set pattern of how I get ready in the morning. From when I wake up, through the shower, through how I get dressed, do my hair, everything.

If I'm 'getting ready' in the evening, the routine can be all out of whack but I have to carefully select my 'getting ready' music.

I get out of bed and go for a cigarette before waking up. Then I drink a glass of water. I like to sit down now and sake out the clouds before making my coffee.

I don't really think this is a yes. I am not sure it is a no.

I have two websites I always check out every morning before I do anything else (and believe it or not, the Org isn't one of them)...and this isn't weird, but I'll always text message my daughter good morning. *smile*...

On the slightly more weird side, I (almost daily) watch the "Mad World" scene from Donnie Darko at some point in the middle of my day...

The first person I see in the morning is my dog, (yes my dog is a person to me). He greets me with a big kiss before I get up. Very few times we have skipped this ritual and I felt like that day seems off. Like I missed out on something. So I always make sure to get a kiss before getting out of bed.

I got to read the newspaper each day and especually on Sundays.

The first thing I do in the morning is to give my cat her stinky food It's not my favourite ritual, but if I don't do this first it's a hell to take a shower or anything else, she'll just spoil it.

Can't get through a day without it...

My morning ritual has become so damn mechanized. First I brush my teeth with an electric toothbrush because my dentist very strongly recommended it. VVVVVRRRRR!!!!! Then I shave with an electric shaver. ZZZZZBBBBBRRRRR!!! It feels like I'm at a construction site before I've even woken up properly.
