My husband has a heartattac today and he´s now in the hospital.

i'm so sorry about your husband.

if this helps any, i know of a guy who had a heart attack about 8 years ago, when he was in his late 20s. very unusual thing for such a young man, especially considering he wasn't overweight, didn't live a remarkably unhealthy lifestyle, etc.

he recovered just fine and is doing well today. he must, of course, watch certain things in his life such as diet and exercise and such, but he feels great these days and has had no further attacks.

be strong, and i hope your husband comes home and is well again soon.

Stay strong and get as much rest as you can now. You'll be most needed in his recovery.
