It was in the theatrical version. I'm guessing if you saw it for the first time on a rental from Cockbluster, it wasn't in that version. Their DVD version was R-rated.

that ass to ass link was....weiiiiird, thats one of the scenes that disturbed me the most, miguelgomez ur right it did look like her soul was gone. this movie gave me sooo much respect for addicts. i was never one of those people who felt they deserve what they get, but i also didnt feel sorry for them either, this movie has changed that completely.
