Yesit is only 4,000,000 people but most are concentrated in Auckland and the upper north island (2,500,000). All of those shots bar one are of the more scenic South Island, theyre good photos too weatherwise, its not usually that fine. Milford sound at the top has 280 rain days per year.
Is the other one I believe of the coast north of Wellington with Kapiti and Marlborough sounds behind.
This is called the cook strait that divides the two main islands, very beautiful too, but very rough most of the time?
I thouroughly recommend the Americans to come and visit this country because it is as ocean says very beautiful and u will see some positive aspects of Maori culture. biggrin

Well it was close, Kapiti and Mana look quite alike, Mana I believe is to the south of Kapiti, meaning your photo must be from close to Paekakariki or Porirua/Titahi Bay rather than Paraparaumu?

Ocean, why did u go 2 australia, I mean I have been tempted too, but I chose Christchurch instead, bad mistake. I was born in Christchurch but lived in Auckland from 1997 to August of this year.
And a more personal question, do u like Sign o the times, its my favourite Prince album.
