Reincarnate

The answer is blowing in the wind ...

I had a really weird dream last night. It ended with Bonnie Langford crying over another girl singing Bob Dylan's Blowin' In The Wind, saying it was her favourite song and the words always made her cry.

I woke up singing the song in my mind (I hate Bob Dylan btw)

How many roads must a man walk down
Before they call him a man
Yes and how many seas must a white dove sail
Before she sleeps in the sand
Yes and how many times must cannon balls fly
Before they're forever banned
The answer my friend is blowing in the wind
The answer is blowing in the wind

How many times must a man look up
Before he sees the sky
Yes and how many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry
Yes and how many deaths will it take till he knows
That too many people have died
The answer my friend is blowing in the wind
The answer is blowing in the wind

How many years can a mountain exist
Before it is washed to the sea
Yes and how many years can some people exist
Before they're allowed to be free
Yes and how many times can a man turn his head
And prittend that he just doesn't see
The answer my friend is blowing in the wind
The answer is blowing in the wind

Then I got up, took the dog out for a walk and it was really, really windy this morning. And suddenly the answer to a problem that has been bugging me for a long time just came to me.

So thanks Bonnie, Bob and the wind woot!

Anybody else had problems solved in their dreams?

I've had some extremely strange dreams the last few nights (I usually do have strange dreams but more than usual is what I mean) ...can't figure out what the symbolism and interpretation is though

hmmm

Last night I dreamed I was going to see a New Order tribute band, but they only did Joy Division songs. It made me upset, not cause I don't like Joy Division, but cause I feel like just when I'm trying my damndest to pull myself out of a funk and be happy and carefree, forces are gathering around me to not let me do it, keep me in the introspective, dark moods.
It's silly. I don't believe in forces, I don't believe in fate. It's all very conspiracy theory, I admit. but it still got me down. In my dream, and when I woke up.

I just want to dance to New Order.

Lol, thats wierd!

I fell asleep at about 10.30 last night (early for me), and kept waking up every half hour, plus i was dreaming that I was getting lots of SMSs on my phone. Wierd, cos I was expecting one, which I never got, but I got 2 from different people instead. Im still not sure which ones were a dream or not! Pretty boring dream I guess... shrug

I'm curious to hear how people interpret the line 'The answer is blowin' in the wind'.
