i found out this morning, and called the police, the second time, i called them back here because i had found out who did it, when they got here, the mother came over and handed me 300 dollars, i said, wheres the rest of it ??? she said she would pay me back. the amount of money she confessed to having is nowhere near the 750 her daughter took from me, and when asked why.... she told us, but not the cops, that her mother told her to do it 
if i press charges, the mother faces losing her kids. if i dont ... they win and the child learns that stealing is the answer. understand that this is one of my daughters best friends, and she is here most every day.... oh, and the mother ??? shes the one that was smoking dope down there with the kids a few months ago. 
so, now what do i do ????  I think you should definitely press charges. These people need to learn what's right and what's wrong. If you let this go, you're only adding to all the things they do wrong and get away with. If the kids are taken away, perhaps they will be taken care of by someone who might teach them morals and responsibility instead of stealing, swearing and generally not giving a rats ass about anyone but themselves. i've tried to be as calm and cool as i can about this, and yes i did get back 600 out of the 750 taken from me. but, the deal was that the girl would be here to work the rest of it off... and, today the mothers attitude was like "screw you, she aint comming"
fuck it, im not holding my breath... the cop is gonna ask me if she kept her end of the deal, and im going to tell him exactly what she said to me 
i think there will definately be a court date in our future .... too bad, because, i really didnt want it to go this way. some people are just stupid !!!!! One of the best days of my life... http://prince.org/msg/100/291111

no mercy. throw her in jail and break her fucking neck just for that alone. i had a no good friend with a no good mother back when i was in high school. my mother didn;t allow her stealing ass in the house and eventually we grew apart. | |

Eventually the woman got her act together but by then I was waaaaay out of the picture and she had already done extensive damage to herself and her two children. such a waste.
It was hard for my mother to restrict my contact with these people but she did it and after i got over my whining and complaining I saw why she did it and i was grateful. your kids may temporarily hate you for taking them away from their "friend" but in the long run they will understand and it will be worth it. good luck. | |
