I'm not going to divulge any secrets here but me and Amy are working on a knockout Halloween costume. We have been planning it for about a year and we are putting in some mad hours making it and some mad money for the supplies. If it works out it should be great otherwise I'm going to be very pissed.

There is a Halloween costume contest around here where first prize is $1,500 second is $1,200 third is a grand, all the way down to $100 for 10th place so we are hoping to maybe win that bitch or at least place well.

i'm still deciding on whether or not i should go to first avenue's halloween party this year, since halloween falls on a monday. i'll probably go...i've been thinking about going out as a fairy punkmother...that's right, punkmother.

best thing about this is that a costume company opened up right next door to my apartment, so i won't have to go too far to find parts for my costume.

I am going as a bumblebee. I don't think I'll be doing anything on Halloween night, but that's ok with me. I got wings and yellow/black striped tights and antennae for under $20. I was looking for something comfortable and simple, as I will be wearing my costume to work the week of Halloween.

I know what you mean about shopping. Last year I had to put three costumes together; my own, my boyfriend's, and my sister's. It took ages but they looked fabulous!

What would you do have to do for the Adam Ant costume? Could you use anything out of your own wardrobe?
