Do you get enough sleep? I know I don't. Unfortunely, the only time I have to do alot of things is in the evening. I can function for a couple of days on only four hours, then I crash.

i don't. the graveyard shift sucks as far as sleep is concerned!!!  you're only as old as you feel..............so how old do i feel

you should sleep 7-8 hours per night, any more or less and your likelihood of developing heart disease and diabetes is increased by some percentage I can't remember. | |
