ok, so i went to the store to get the kids and i some ice cream, right ?

as im going in, im approached by a man who was talking rather quickly about things i didnt want to hear. you know.... the 'salesman' type ?

now, i try to move away... because, really, i just came for ice cream....

he pushes his way over... follows me and is still talking...

something about, buy these magazines so i can go on some vacation, here, call my mom - she'll tell you what im doing out here... i only need to sell one more... blah blah blah...

now, im pretty polite until given the reason not to be, and this guy is starting to piss me off, right ?


so, i get kinda smart with him... that was my mistake

he follows me around in the store.. asking me to just buy the magazines for him and then i can take him home and we can party since im not wearing a ring on my finger....


anyway, i thought he left ... he disappeared as i was checking out..

i come outside, and hes at my car

says, so, are you takin me with you ??

i said, look man, i just came for ice cream for my kids.... im not taking you !

and do you know what he said to me ?????

It was in the back streets of Highett actually, very dodgy area. You may have seen on the news (YEARS ago) this guy with a sword standing at the intersection of Flinders St and Swanston St in the city threatening people and claiming he was the Highlander (needless to say he was thrown in a paddy wagon). Well, the day before he did that he ran past me in the carpark with his sword behind his back, no shirt or shoes on.

well they aren't called salesmen, sounds like you were trying to be hustled by a hustler. Yes hustlers sell magazines too, they come in all different shapes, sizes, genders, and colors. I know what you mean when you try to be nice but they push you to that limit of annoyance that pisses you off.

I was out in London with some friends on my 30th birthday, and cos I came out a club and walked into this guys path, he wanted to kill me!

He followed and stalked and cussed and harrassed, etc etc, he phoned some mates to come and get me, this went on ages him following us .. there was a police van parked a little along the way, so my friends reported him.. they arrested him and took him away..

some kinda freakzoid junkie, but still it isnt nice..
