Right, and it sucks to get 10/10 in just over a minute and only be ninth!

How in the hell can you finish in 37 seconds? I mean, that's like 4 seconds to read the question, figure out the answer, click the answer and then scroll down.
WTF?!?!? | |

WTF?!?!? Right, and how come you're on a measly 4 points for your 10/10 effort and so are people who only got 6 or 7?

WTF?!?!? I am not a 100 percent positive you can do this but I believe people may be cheating by accessing the quiz and closing the page before completing it and then going back and doing it again with the answers ready. Can anyone else confirm this is possible? Otherwise I guess you could do it twice with different names. If there is a way to cheat people will find it. . [Edited 9/13/05 11:50am]

I finished today's in 46 seconds and I didn't cheat. So I really don't think shaving a few seconds off of that is that much of a stretch. In any case, I don't think what you're saying would work. And it would be sad to think people are cheating on a silly quiz. |

Maybe I am wrong but the few days I have been doing it I have been seeing scores going up and times going way down. . [Edited 9/13/05 14:10pm]

as i updated in my original post...
i think the first few of us still got the easy questions from yesterday and the rest of you lot got a harder round of questions
i can only answer for myself but that is what happened to me. a silly quirk to the game but it's all in fun right? and i *believe* the questions are different so trying to redo it under a different name would be pointless i'm with predom the game is a lot funner to play when the questions are harder

WTF?!?!? I'm still at first place! For me, that particular round was luck of the draw. I got 10 easy questions that required little to no thinking. I'm also a very fast reader. I mean, like, where is the sun?

I don't understand the scoring system at all. I get 8 points for getting 10/10 in a time 2 seconds slower than someone else yet they get 18? Thing is, I'm just happy if I keep getting them all right. That's still the most important thing right? If I'm wrong I don't care really care how quick or slow I am at being wrong!
For the record, my questions were quite easy, though there were a few reasonably hard ones in there. I think it's a shame we're all wondering about how the times are so quick now. This whole thing's going to go sour if we're not careful. Now I have to wait a few hours for the next one!

This is why some players get some of the same questions while others are different. They are supposedly all at the same level of difficulty, which makes it more even. THis is boring now, it's not a challenge of knowlwedge but of compter skill, how fast can you scroll down and how long your questions are. NOt wanting to take your Glory Natsume but I couldn't scroll down the ten questions in 29 seconds! Let alone read and click too. The question I got wrong today was what two colours make green!! I could have sworn i clicked blue and yellow, but computer says "no". I suppose silly quiz, just got sillier. NO! Thats not just it GODDAMNIT these things were all I looked foreward too each morning, bleary eyed, with a little coffee on standby, shock my body into gear with questions on native tribes in South America, US History, Complex English, Literature and the odd Q of a scientific nature (there are never enough ). and yes, I bitched when I got three questions on US presidents, but at least I had a little time to think about the question and go "oh, that guy" when the dreaded score of 9 came in. I don't even remember the questions I got right today, it was all a blur! Happy is he who finds out the causes for things.Virgil (70-19 BC). Virgil was such a lying bastard!

I cleaned out my computer yesterday and deleted a lot of cookies and I had a lot of trouble playing the game today. When I finally got to play it , they added 1200 seconds to my time!! I reported the problem but it doesn't help today.
I've got a slow computer and dial up and I am never going to be as fast as some people here but I like to try to beat my own times...this was just too much today. "Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind"-Dr Seuss
