I can't stand this...I feel like they have us by the balls (  ) so to speak. The only thing I'm hopefull for is that this opens our eyes to how dependant on oil we really are and maybe just maybe something good will come out of this.

Im still on E..probably fumes by now...
Im going to get gas at lunch time.....One of the girls at work told me its 3.09 a gallon down the street.... 18*3.09=55.62  Say it's just a dream...

The cheapest around my area is about $3.299 per gallon. Ridiculousness! Gas prices has more than tripled in the past 6 years!

I spend about $180 a week in gas now. Thank god work pays for it, but if this keeps up, who knows if they'll keep flipping the bill. | |

FACT: In Georgia right now it is $5.80 a gallon! Totally. They are raking in millions... MILLIONS! An WHAT a coincidence -the prices go up just before a holiday (Katrina or not) when people tend to drive more.  We are slaves to big oil...

Scary thing is that they'd probably downsize before doing that.
Good news is that gas here actually DROPPED to $2.79 today. It had damn better get at least under $2.00 before all is said and done. I know. Some people say I'm a dreamer....  | |
