Drew's niece spent the night last night and helped me with the cake. We had fun! The cake is sugar free and so is the frosting. Splenda is a "good thing!"

Sugar Free Frosting
1 (1.4 ounce) package sugar-free instant pudding mix (I used Banana Cream)
1 3/4 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Mix well and let stand until thickened. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding and mix well. Finally, fold in whipped topping.

Splenda Yellow Cake
1 cup Splenda
3 cups cake flour
2 tea baking powder
1/2 tea baking soda
3/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
4 egg yolks (ooops I used 2 eggs whites and yolks but it's fine)
2 tea vanilla

Preheat oven to 350, 2 9" pans, bake 35-40 mins
Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and baking soda
Cut butter, add to flour mix medium until crumbly
Pour 1/4 butter milk into flour, mix low
Blend remaining buttermilk, eggs, vanilla
to flour, mix med

It was Tropicana Fruit Punch with Splenda. I dont think it was the splenda,I think they removed some other stuff too. It wasn't good at all.
