Ok..so maybe not funny for us...but still interesting!

I open a car lot on Saturday's.....and this last Saturday I was told there was a young man who had tried to steal a couple cars the night before...he had broke into the steering column on two.....and was seen by one of our family friends who called the cops and he was arrested.....

the thing is....he also had a golf bag full of clubs and some other stuff..hidden behind the building.....it turned out he had stole them out of a truck that was parked at the bar next door.....

I looked for a name on or in the bag to call the owner....I knew they'd want them back.....so I called and talked to a woman...and it turns out....the husband had been at that bar...when he was supposed to be out on a fishing trip.....and should have already been out of town.....since he had left early Friday morning.....

But no.....he was at the bar.....where his recently deceased father's golf clubs were stolen....

So needless to say...he's in the doghouse.....the wife couldn't reach him by his cell....she ended up calling me back and asked if I'd look to see if her husband's truck was still parked over there....



Some crazy stuff....thought I'd share it...
