just move the bench slightly to be sure he's not trapped, and then leave him alone. he'll move eventually. and remember that he's much more scared of you and your dog than you are of him. lol good luck!

lol i didn't even think of that. just leave him alone then, he'll wiggle his way out. or you could always call animal control - especially if you think he is stuck. i'm sure they'll come out and check.
