Are these a lot of young guys?

yeah, Matusow is the only one I am really faimilar with. I saw some profiles online yesterday. Some are young, but most have been playing for awhile.
Phil Ivey, one of my favorite pros, almost made the final table. Fossilman made it to 25th place, which is pretty amazing for a relative newcomer. He proved 2004 wasn't a lucky fluke. There was one woman, Tiffany Williamson, who made it into the top 20 and has only been playing since October 2004. She will get a lot of ESPN time as she was at the featured table all of yesterday and part of the day before. Most of the big names busted out early, however. Here is a list showing those who were in the money: http://www.cardplayer.com...een=result [Edited 7/15/05 17:48pm] a psychotic is someone who just figured out what's going on

Daniel Negreanu is great. He reads people like: wtf? ![]() There have been profiles of him recently in both The New Yorker and in the New York Times Magazine section... But Helmuth is just incredible. He knows what you have before you're dealt it! There are so many great players out there...

![]() Are there online games where we can all be guaranteed a seat at the same table? When I play money games online, its often difficult to get at the same table as friends. If we can do it, I am in. That would be fun, even if its not a money game. a psychotic is someone who just figured out what's going on

Here is this poker stud who's mom packs his lunch before he heads out to the casino. I do like him, however, because he seems like a genuinely nice guy. He also has a good blog at fullcontactpoker.com. Helmuth is an AWESOME player, but he cries and bitches too much for me. It's fun to watch, however. a psychotic is someone who just figured out what's going on

Gus Hansen is fun to watch too.
