Yum!

Delicious when pan-fried, served on a bed of baby spinach leaves with potato and shallot roesti, butter steamed baby asparagus, and a juniper berry and cranberry red wine reduction.

Or just peel off the wrapper and enjoy as is. smile

That wrapper looks edible though

They'll eat pretty much anything that isn't moving, so a dead frog (particularly one in an advanced state of putrefaction) would make a very tasty pigeon snack. A living frog might have a chance of hopping away, but pigeons have a habit of following things that move, particulalry things that are smaller than them, with the intention of pecking them until they cease moving, at which point they become a tasty pigeon snack. They are also cannibalistic.

omg

They eat humans?

omg

Not that I'm aware of, although if you move slow enough... biggrin

Cannibalism doesn't just refer to humans though, it refers to any animal that feeds on others of its own kind.

nod Technically yes, although semantics are very important in this case. If one was feeding on the other it would be considered cannibalism, if one was eating the other, it would just be good fun to watch. If you have any coverage of such an event, send it to me, I shall study it in great detail and let you know the results.
