At some point, the genius' behind Victoria Gotti's gossip column, the family's reality show, and the kid's weight loss book all decided to legitimize and make celebrities out of this clan.

This despite the fact that the Gotti's only claim to fame is being the wife and children of a man who ordered murders, and engaged in who knows what else.

So the message here from the media bigwigs is:

We don't give a fuck that your husband/dad was a killer, we don't give a fuck that none of you have a shred of talent...there is a buck to be made by us, and so morals be damned, we will make you celebrities to be accepted in entertainment circles, and to be watched on t.v. rather to to be the subject of deserved scorn.

What sickened me most was reading that Sean Combs closed his store so that the Gotti kids could do some celebrity-style private shopping.
"Oh yeah, your dad ordered murders...you're really cool. I'll treat you like just like Oprah or Tom Hanks."

Where is the country now on the sick-o-meter?

Blame the media for giving these lowlifes air time. Even worse are the folks who live in Howard Beach, Bensonhurst and parts of Staten Island. They worship animals like the Gottis.
