when it goes beyond that, i start to gross out. nobody wants to see anyone conceiving a damn baby on the subway platform or engaging in foreplay in line at the grocery. spare us!

It depends. I don't mind seeing a hug or a kiss in the street or on the subway for example. But it really bugs me if I'm trying to talk to one half of a couple at a party and the other half is constantly wrapped around him/her and meddling with our discussion. I mean damn, can't they stay away from each other for five friggin minutes?

i don't even like holding hands. a kiss a small kiss is fine. but none of that smiling and gazing and holding hands

and you should try taking the CTA home at midnight every night. the 36 bus used to at least be tolerable, but it doesn't run late at night anymore so i have to take the red line. FREAK CITY.
