I'm getting chunky I'm no hunk but I have always considered myself a decent looking guy. I have maintained the same weight since college, a few pounds over average but not much. Lately, it seems I am getting a bit of a gut. Don't know when it started happening but my metabolism has slown down to virtually zero. Now all my pants, which used to be nice and comfy, are now getting snug and I have popped a few buttons recently. I am eating the same amount I always have and exercising just as little but it seems like, all of the sudden, I'm getting a little Pillsbury Doughboy thing going.
I guess I wouldn't care so much but I was many pounds overweight when I was younger and a teenager and I have kind of a complex. All good things they say never last... | |

Funny...I've developed a gut as well...and yesterday I noticed a place that opened up near me called CUTS.

everyone should be taking in between 1200 - 2000 calories per day. do minimal exercise and cut out caffiene. it is best to eat several small meals a day then 3 regular sized meals and if you want a snack then snack, just make it healthy. not a biggie... | |

I cut out caffeine a month ago, well soda in general intake about 1200-1500 cals a day and with a mild work out regimine, I have lost those last 7 horrid baby pounds. I feel wonderful. | |
