Every time a song of his is put on a compilation or played on the radio, he gets PAID for it. That also includes every shop you hear the songs in at Christmas - they have PRS licences, the money from which goes towards the use of each song.

Seeing as Glitter has already shown that he spends his post-jail money on flying to countries where paedophile activity is easier to get away with, I think it is only fair that his work is boycotted.

Maybe the songs themselves are harmless, but if they provide money for him to go abroad and possibly abuse children, then they become something more sinister and unpleasant.
