I dunno. The idea of the walking dead "evolving" just doesn't work for me. They're DEAD, so they should be just re-animated corpses. Decay should still be occurring. but they arent dead...they are zombies...they are the living dead...and whats making them crave flesh? Pazuzu? Space for sale...

purplegypsy said: Speaking of Zombies...does anyone remember that movie NIGHT OF THE COMET? 1984, I think...one of my favorite zombie movies!
Quick synopsis...comet hits earth - turns all humans that were outdoors watching the comet into red dust. Anyone who didn't get affected completely by the comet became Human flesh-eating zombies. There were two woman who survived b/c they were inside and some dude. I haven't seen it in a while but everytime I learn its on TV, I watch it. I remember it. It was kinda cheesy, but I love that end of civilization stuff. "You need people like me so you can point your fuckin' fingers and say, "That's the bad guy." "

Well, they may be "living" dead, but to me the second that you make them more alive than dead, then you have very little distinction between them and vampires. Vamps are also "undead", but still retain their minds, as well as not rotting away. Zombies should be mindless, shambling monstrosities. Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9)
