Do you find men with shaved heads any less appealing than those with full heads of hair? I struggled with this for many years, fearing no attractive woman would ever find me attractive with no hair up top.... ladies...can you answer this for me?

I do find though, that my inhibitions are far less and I do not feel as vulnerable to criticism...I am a big guy.....you'd be amazed how people don't wanna mess with me...LOL....hmmm maybe I am just ugly...

i think shaved heads are . it's not like i have a thing against guys with hair - cute comes in all shapes and colors and varieties - but i do have a think for guys with shaved heads if they have the headshape to pull it off.

I think each person has many looks that suit them. If this is what suits you, no doubt it looks good.
And a shaved head is WAY better than bad hair in my eyes.

I love shaved heads, especially when they're sporting a goatee along with it.

I had my hair shaved for years and years, and in the last 12-18 months I've grown it and made a thing of it.

Personally I wished I did it years ago because looking back, I dont think the shaved look suited me but I have friends that it looks great on.

Hell, the only head I'd be willing to shave in order to try to appeal to women would be that of my rabbit's. "Poor little thing, what happened to it? Who shaved its head? Maybe the owner needs some sex for comfort? He deserves it!"

I'm not a woman - last time I checked - but I'm gonna answer this anyway.

When I was younger and spent AGES preening and fussing over every last hair, I never thought I'd ever end up shaving my head. Even when I was a kid, my Dad - just being a 'dad' - used to threaten me with a crew-cut every time I went to the barber's (which would made me freak out every single time )

Anyway, as much as I'd love to go out with a sexy hairstyle now and again, I much prefer the shaved look. It's low maintenance and - so far - I've never had complaints. In fact, most of mates - men & women - much prefer it.

So: bollocks to whatever anyone else says.

I can't speak for the ladies but I find shaved heads sexy as hell. My last boyfriend had the typical male pattern baldness going on and he shave his head and it made me even hotter for him. I care much more about the face than I do how much hair is above it. If a man has a face I love, I could care less how much or how little hair he has.

I have however heard many straight women react negatively to the lack of hair on a man's head. In the gay world it's accepted and no big deal. Probably because it's all men looking at a man's issue and realizing it's pointless to penalize someone for something that may happen to you as well.

Exactly! If anything, it had the reverse effect to what I thought would happen. I just wish I'd done it earlier.

The first day I did it, even complete strangers were looking at me like I'd kick their head in! (Which was quite amusing - no-one looked at me that way before).

The only downside is that everyone strokes me like a frigging cat, now. Which ain't that bad.

I'm a guy with a shaved head myself and I do so because in my opinion it's the best alternative 2 having a bald spot on the top of my head. Some of us just get screwed when it comes 2 genetics.

Having said that, maybe my avatar will provide inspiration 4 all balding dudes!
