Oh Yeah Baby! I feel good today. Not sure why. Didn't sleep that well last night, but after a couple of shitty months I'm truly enjoy this day.

Glad to hear it!!!!!
I'm sore as hell. Worked on chest and back this weekend. I went dancing last night for 5 straight hours. My feet are still killing me. I wore the wrong shoes (Boots) and got blisters on my feet. I guess I'm feeling okay. I have to go down to the jail right now and interview a bunch of criminals but overall I'm cool. great to hear youre having a wonderful day 
my day is lovely as well ... i just got back from my first 'puppy play date' with my two loved ones and darla... a great dog in the neighborhood that my dogs have been itchin to play with for sometime now  we went for a walk... of like OVER AN HOUR  so, yeah, i feel great ! now, im gonna make myself get off the org  well... maybe i'll give myself a few more minutes  then im gonna go do some laundry and clean the kitchen perhaps, the living room too 
then, the grocery store.... then tanning, then off to get the kids and we have ANOTHER 'puppy play date' tonight... but, THIS TIME, its at the dog park where they can run free and kick up their little heels
