It seems I'm getting old.
I used to drink milk like others drink water, when I was a baby. Now it doesn't do me well. Seems now that fried eggs do the same for me...

now that regular milk has gotten way more expensive (here in chicago, anyway), i just get soy milk instead because i know it's better for me, not to mention i really do like the taste of it.

now, i still use half & half for my coffee...can't help that just yet.

soy milk's great for cereal - that's how i got hooked on it instead of milk. once i got used to the kinda nutty aftertaste, i really started to enjoy it. now i like it as much as milk, if not maybe a little more...and, cornfed hoosier that i was, i used to drink a gallon of moo juice a day when i was a teenager.
