alright, my court date is may 5th im taking my exlandlord to small claims court after everything we had to go through over there, i am just so OVER him and his fucked up views

what i have so far is.. (remember, this is the guy that was using my water to supply the neighbors with water.... the kids found a gun that belonged to him on property... and the spider thing that he wouldnt fix... also, the plumbing issues he wouldnt fix)

heres what i have..

* photos of the hose from my house to the neighbors house.
* photos of the cup full of dead spiders
* photos of the fence that fell on the poor lil boy that was at my house at the time.
* photos of the farming equipment that he never removed from the work area in back, a huge tractor with no wheels, sitting on bricks... yeah, thats safe

then i have...

documents from the water company for my bills, the people before me - their bills, and the neighbors bills.. they all show that my bills were 2-3 times highter than they should have been, and that the neighbors bills were zero.

i have signed statements from the people that turned the water off in the first place.

i have signed statements from the plumber he used... that was a great find

i have the papers that he put forth with the 'exterminators licence' on there.. and they show that he was only lic for OUTSIDE extermination, not indoors and the bill that he infact paid the gentleman to perform this service at my address.

lets see

im waiting for a copy of the report from the KDA on how the extermination was illegal and caused an investigation.

there is a POSSIBILITY that we will find a copy of the tape that the working water crew did before they started the project, thats when they discovered the leak in the first place... 'normal' water usage in a 2-3 people household is approx. 20-30 .... that month, their's was 105 units

also, i have the payment sheets that show that i was the one that paid all the balance remaining, NOT him... though he was the one that was to pay it in the beginning

so, now...


has anyone ever been to small claims court ??? how long to i get to make my new recipe of fried testicles ?? i think its limited to about 15 minutes - which means i have to really REALLY organize my records, and figure out the most effective way to show all this to a judge in a very short amount of time...
