Spinach salad with fruit. I put different fruit in it than what's shown in the picture: watermelon, cantalope, muskmelon, strawberries or raspberries (I prefer raspberries actually), red grapes, mandarin oranges, walnuts, dried cranberries, and top it with a litte decoration of julienned carrots and red cabbage. This salad is great with raspberry viniagrette dressing. Brings out the flavor of the fruit and compliments it very well. I usually eat it with a BIG huge bottle of water.
